Northwood Estates
Northwood Estates, one of Lake Jackson’s premier subdivisions, is a 138 acre community wrapped around a 20 acre private lake. When completely finished, it will contain over 270 quality homes. Fishing Season!
As summer heats up many of us start to think about outdoor activities such as fishing. Please remember that fishing in the Northwood lake is restricted to Lakefront lot owners and their guests only. Also, these lot owners and guests can only fish from the lot owners property or from an approved water craft. Fishing from the concrete wall at the end of the lake on Deerwood & from the common drainage easement at the end of Northwood Drive is prohibited. If you want to fish, please obtain written permission from a lakefront lot owner and then fish only from their lot.
