HOA Law Reforms enacted by the Texas Legislature in 2011 take effect in 2012. We will make changes to our By-Laws & Covenants so they are consistent with these new laws.
Once completed, we will post a copy of the amended documents on our web site and highlight the applicable changes in a newsletter mailed to all homeowners.
